The International Hospitality Group redeveloped an old property in San Juan. The vision was for this hotel to be a centrepiece in the revitalization in the Condado district of the city. InterVISTAS was retained to assist the ownership group and senior management team to develop a strategic plan for the new resort. The most important deliverable was to identify a clear vision to help brand and position the property.
InterVISTAS provided background information and analysis on key tourism trends in the Caribbean and on the island. InterVISTAS facilitated strategic sessions and helped develop a new vision and a five-year action plan.
The property is currently outperforming all the other hotels on the island in terms of RevPar and occupancy. Facilities and services all support their successful latino-chic positioning.
