InterVISTAS worked with Beijing Capital Airport Authority (BCIA) to develop a strategic investment plan designed to transform the airport into an Asian hub. InterVISTAS also helped Motorola to apply its system integration technology at BCIA for the airport’s information management system.
Using value chain analysis methodologies, InterVISTAS developed alternative investment scenarios designed to fill the desired value space. The project also studied the feasibility of the integration of BCIA and a Tianjin Airport, PLC. In addition, InterVISTAS undertook the BCIA Total Logistics Center Study to help BCIA develop a master plan for air cargo.
The center will meet all the requirements of the information-age, including third-party logistics services, such as cargo storage, transportation, distribution and processing.
