Kathryn Tooley

Kathryn provides an enthusiastic and candid approach toward developing well-informed solutions for clients.  Kathryn is a specialist in economic analysis and air traffic forecasting. She has delivered detailed technical forecasts, risk analysis, and strategic outcomes for numerous studies related to master and capital planning, strategic planning, and business case assessments. In addition to forecasting, Kathryn is involved in economic impact, cargo and logistics, and expert witness projects. Kathryn holds Bachelors of Arts in Economics as well as International Relations from the University of British Columbia.
