  • InterVISTAS was able to document the worst-case scenario for the Canadian domestic air cargo industry if cargo co-terminalization was granted to U.S. integrated carriers. This work persuaded the Government of Canada that the overall benefits of a full Open Skies agreement would greatly outweigh the potential negative impacts on a segment of the Canadian aviation industry, and paved the way for the signing of an Open Skies agreement between Canada and the U.S.
