InterVISTAS provided on-going advocacy support, resulting in a multi-party agreement between Canadian and US immigration and customs agencies to streamline the processing of US visitors transiting through Canadian cruise ports.

InterVISTAS has undertaken several cruise passenger satisfaction studies, designed to capture scientific data on passenger perceptions and preferences, travel behavior, spending habits, and general demographics.
