Assessed the merits of Duty Free on arrival shopping at Jersey Airport, as several other European Free Trade Association countries have done.

Lufthansa German Airlines
Advised Lufthansa regarding impact of deregulation in Europe, and performed studies of the Frankfurt and Munich hubs; provided advisory services for the U.S.-Germany Open Skies Negotiations, and subsequent Open Skies Agreement.

Government of Gibraltar
Providing financial advisory services to the Government of Gibraltar regarding the development of a new airline terminal and recommended an aeronautical pricing policy and structure that ensures compliance with European Union rules on State Aid.
Macedonia
Government of Macedonia
Selected by the Macedonian Ministry of Transportation to develop, recommend, and implement, within a six-month period, a public-private concession model for the development of the airports in Skopje and Ohrid.

In support of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), conducted a thorough evaluation of the Serbian airline and provided recommendations on how it could be positioned to resume its South Eastern European leadership role.
