Air Traffic Forecasts, Nassau International Airport
InterVISTAS produced a set of objective traffic forecasts for Nassau International Airport over the next 25 years as well as an assessment of local socio-economic environment and outlook, a traffic sensitivity analysis that reflected major changes in the aviation and operating environment, including the existence of a key carrier, increases in fees/charges, or severe hurricanes.
Cayman Islands

Developed comprehensive traffic forecasts to guide the development of the Owen Roberts International Airport, and to assist in a bonds issuance program.
Curacao
Air Traffic Forecasts, Curaçao International Airport
InterVISTAS produced a set of objective traffic forecasts for Curacao International Airport over the next 30 years including a review of the destination's reliance on Dutch Caribbean Airlines (DCA), the impact and influence of DCA on the Airport traffic, and producing "Best Case", "Base Case" and "Downside Case" annual traffic projections for 30 years.
Dominican Republic, St. Maarten

Revenue Management Capacity Building, LIAT
LIAT retained InterVISTAS to assist with the development of the revenue management practice as the airline transitioned from its traditional fare model to the one-way unrestricted pricing consistent with its re-launch as a low cost carrier.

Performed security, operational and regulatory assessments at airports and maritime passenger terminals in support of World Bank financial assistance to members of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States.
Caribbean Air Transport Services Study - The World Bank
InterVISTAS was commissioned to assist in the resolution of important issues facing the airlines of the eastern Caribbean.
The study evaluated the overall competitiveness of US-Caribbean fares compared to intra-US fares to determine whether high fares were constraining the growth of the Caribbean's tourism industry; ascertained the extent to which fare differentials depend on the structure of the industry, traffic volumes, services by low cost carriers, and, of particular importance, the bilateral/regulatory regimes governing the services and developed a "Best Practices" regional airline simulation that would support a systematic evaluation of different alternatives for regional airline reform.

Provide the Puerto Rico Tourism Commission with a monthly summary of air passengers, carrier load factors, scheduled and charter capacity and major air service announcements.

Cruise Industry Incentive Program, Puerto Rico Tourism Company
Mediated a dispute between the Government of Puerto Rico and the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association for an appropriate tariff schedule and cruise incentive program for 2004 and beyond, and to assist with the development of a new volume-based cruise incentive program for the Island.
The report was developed after extensive consultation with PRTC officials, the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association, and senior managers from the world's leading cruise lines. The scope of work included an assessment of the economic impact of the cruise industry in Puerto Rico, an in-depth review of global and North American cruise industry trends, and a competitive analysis of the port tariffs and incentives being offered by other Caribbean homeports and transit ports.
Cruise Industry Comparative Analysis, Puerto Rico Tourism Company
InterVISTAS was commissioned by the Puerto Rico Tourism Company (PRTC) to undertake a comparative assessment of cruise ports in the Caribbean cruise industry that compete directly or indirectly with the Port of San Juan.
The purpose of this comparative assessment was to develop a comprehensive cruise product inventory at competing homeports and ports-of-call. With this assessment, the PRTC was able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the Puerto Rico cruise product and develop actions to enhance cruise traffic volumes in Puerto Rico. The scope of work for this assignment included a review of current port facilities, planned development/ expansion, cruise lines and vessels operating at each port , itineraries offered, air access analysis, destination appeal, shore excursions, pre/post programs, and cruise costs.
Turks and Caicos Islands

Produced a set of objective traffic forecasts for Providenciales International Airport, Turks and Caicos Islands, over a 25-Year time period (2008-2033) reflecting forecasting uncertainties, especially tourism development.
Windward Islands
Economic Impact Assessment, Windward Islands Airways International
InterVISTAS was commissioned to estimate the total economic impact of Winair in Fiscal Year 2003/04 in terms of direct economic impact of the airline's operations (employment, wages, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and Economic Output), indirect economic impact enjoyed by downstream industries that result from the presence of an airline in the region and induced economic impact generated from expenditures by individuals employed directly or indirectly.
