Melbourne International Airport
Economic Impact Studies - Airport
In partnership with Sinclair Knight Merz (SKM) of Melbourne, the current economic impact of the Melbourne International Airport was assessed. As well, the potential economic impact of a curfew at the airport was put forth.
Schiphol/CBA Brisbane
Performed a comprehensive financial assessment and investment valuation regarding Brisbane Airport Corporation on behalf of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol/Commonwealth Bank of Brisbane and the municipality of Brisbane.
New Zealand
Air New Zealand
Restructuring
Developed and executed the comprehensive strategy and implementation plan for the restructuring of the airline, including quality management, route structure, financial reconstruction, service offerings, labor policy and market position.
Wellington International Airport
Economic Impact Study - Catalytic Impact Calculations
Appraised the existing work, identify remaining gaps, and scope what work needed to be done to complete the economic impact analysis for the proposed runway end safety area (RESA). This involved reviewing the cost-benefit analysis completed on the additional safety margin provided by the RESA and to make recommendations on additional areas of analysis.
