Japan

Northwest Airlines

Developed a major economic analysis estimating the value of the U.S. - Japan market.

China

Air China

Advised Air China on the commercial implications of its code-sharing alliance with Northwest Airlines; reviewed and analyzed proposed alliance documents and briefed Air China on U.S. code-sharing policies.

Beijing Capital International Airport

Provided an extensive variety of strategic planning and commercial development services to the airport as its management transitioned to a market-based operating model.

United Parcel Service

Provided counsel to UPS regarding its successful efforts to serve the China market; advised on a multilateral approach to liberalizing international air cargo services, and lead research into public postal services competition.

Urumqi International Airport

Assisted in the development of terminal facilities serving the capital of Xinjiang Province, China; focused on the development of the retail program for a new and complex passenger terminal building.

Hong Kong

Cathay Pacific

As part of a larger study for Cathay Pacific, InterVISTAS estimated the economic impact of passenger and cargo air service into Hong Kong International Airport, including the impact on tourism and other sectors.

Korea

Incheon International Airport

Advised Airport Authority on its marketing and communications program during its formative period, as part of strategic efforts to attract new airline services and enhance the gateway status of the new $5.5 billion airport.

Malaysia

Malaysia Airport System

Selected by the Government of Malaysia to develop a comprehensive plan for the development of the airport system throughout Malaysia in conjunction with Netherlands Airport Consultants, BV ("NACO").

Malaysian Air System

Assisted airline in restructuring its air cargo operations and related service offerings.
