1999
Employees buyout the firm and change the name to InterVISTAS.
2004
InterVISTAS acquires Global Aviation Associates (founded 1987), Washington DC and establishes InterVISTAS -ga2.
2005
Key members of Washington DC based GKMG Consulting (founded in 1994) establish Innova Aviation Consulting.
2006
InterVISTAS establishes practice in the United Kingdom to provide services in the burgeoning European marketplace.
2008
InterVISTAS and Innova Aviation join the DHV Group and form a strategic alliance with the DHV Group, Delcan Group and NACO Netherlands Airport Consultants.
2009
InterVISTAS merges with Innova Aviation Consulting into InterVISTAS LLC
